I process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website, respond to enquiries or comply with legal obligations. This website currently does not use analytics or marketing tools and does not set any cookies that are not technically necessary.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you access the website, technically necessary data such as your IP address, time of access, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system may be processed in server log files. This processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Where data is transferred to the United States, Vercel states that it relies on applicable safeguards, in particular the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Contact by email

If you contact me by email, I process the information you provide in order to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures; otherwise, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

This website contains a simple link to my LinkedIn profile. Only when you click this link do you leave this website, at which point LinkedIn’s privacy policy applies. No LinkedIn plugin is embedded on this website.
